This vintage Romanian carpet is so hypnotic with bold colors and geometrical design, it will embellish a modern or classical decor matching also Scandinavian or minimalist design. Green turquoise background, flat woven carpet made by hand in wool.
Vintage carpet, in overall good shape, made from two parts sewn in the middle a bit wrinkled as the parts were not perfectly identical as in the pictures, but after using it few months, it will be more even.

The rug is full of flowers : daffodils, tulips, roses, ears of wheat. The more you look the more you see.The carriage was easy , after all it came a long way. The owner was very helpful and kept me informed.
This rug is very special. Probably 60s it’s wool and made in narrow strips. It’s faded over the years ..but still bright. Anyone who loves colour should consider looking towards Eastern Europe, where you can find something different.
