Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your rug. If you're not, you have the right to return it — no reason required.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period ends with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw — by email at contact@madewithloveromania.com, or using the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the bottom of every page. You may use the model withdrawal form below, or any other unambiguous statement.

Returning your item

Once you've told us you'd like to withdraw, please prepare the item for collection or send it back to us within 14 calendar days.

Romania: return shipping is free, regardless of the reason for return. One exchange per order is accepted.

European Union and other countries: the cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. The only exception is when the item does not match its description: in that case we pay for the return shipping and also refund the original delivery cost, if any.

For international returns, items can be sent back via any courier to: Str. Tuberozelor 10, Voluntari, Ilfov County, 077190, Romania.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item (or proof that you've sent it, if that comes first), we'll process your refund within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for the original order.

If we're unable to fulfil your order because an item is no longer available, we'll let you know and refund any amount already paid within 14 calendar days.
