These terms apply whenever you use madewithloveromania.com or place an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you're shopping as a consumer in the EU, nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights — see our Refund Policy for your right of withdrawal.

Our products

The rugs and velințe we sell are handmade, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces from various periods. Small imperfections, asymmetries, and natural variation in color or pattern are normal characteristics of handwoven, aged textiles — not defects. We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately; if you'd like more detail before ordering, contact us.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order — which can happen with one-of-a-kind pieces — we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, and design on this site belong to MADE WITH LOVE RO SRL unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and in good faith — not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, or use our content or product images for a commercial purpose without permission.

Liability

We provide our site and products with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws in your own country of residence.

We'd always rather resolve things directly — contact us first at contact@madewithloveromania.com. You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform or Romania's ANPC/SAL platform.
