Vibrant shades of red, pink, green, yellow, blue and white create a striking composition that celebrates the artistry of traditional Romanian folk textiles.
The rug has never been used and retains its beautiful colours and remarkably well-preserved weave. Due to its age, there are a few small areas of wool thinning in approximately two or three places. These minor imperfections are consistent with the rug’s vintage character and are reflected in the condition description.

The rug is full of flowers : daffodils, tulips, roses, ears of wheat. The more you look the more you see.The carriage was easy , after all it came a long way. The owner was very helpful and kept me informed.
This rug is very special. Probably 60s it’s wool and made in narrow strips. It’s faded over the years ..but still bright. Anyone who loves colour should consider looking towards Eastern Europe, where you can find something different.
