Vintage carpet made in Romania, about 50 years ago, bohemian floral design on a black background . In average good conditions, few defects which were repaired. Made of two symmetrical parts sewn in the middle. Thick, made in the loom from pure wool, using traditional techniques.

This rug is very special. Probably 60s it’s wool and made in narrow strips. It’s faded over the years ..but still bright. Anyone who loves colour should consider looking towards Eastern Europe, where you can find something different.
