Un tapis en laine tissé à la main véritablement magnifique, originaire de Bessarabie, mesurant 295 × 175 cm, présentant une composition florale exceptionnellement riche et harmonieuse.
Le tapis possède un fond brun profond et noir, offrant une toile de fond spectaculaire à l'élaboré médaillon floral central. Le motif est exceptionnellement décoratif tout en étant remarquablement équilibré, avec une abondance de fleurs, de feuilles, de rinceaux et de détails ornementaux disposés dans une composition très harmonieuse.
Le motif central est particulièrement saisissant, entouré d'éléments floraux dans des tons de rouge brique, turquoise, vert profond, rose, orange et bordeaux, avec des touches de crème et de violet ajoutant plus de profondeur et de caractère. L'association du turquoise et du rouge brique sur le fond sombre est particulièrement belle et confère au tapis une apparence chaleureuse, sophistiquée et distinctive.

The rug is full of flowers : daffodils, tulips, roses, ears of wheat. The more you look the more you see.The carriage was easy , after all it came a long way. The owner was very helpful and kept me informed.
This rug is very special. Probably 60s it’s wool and made in narrow strips. It’s faded over the years ..but still bright. Anyone who loves colour should consider looking towards Eastern Europe, where you can find something different.
