Gorgeous cross stitch floral carpet with red roses made by hand on hemp, Romania

Gorgeous handwork, cross stitch, needle work carpet with beautiful floral design, very beautiful red roses on a green and light orange background, made about 30-40 years ago on a hemp fabric.
It is made in a little village from the historical region of Banat, West Romania.

It can be used as a carpet, ad a wall hanging decor or as a bedspread. Never been used, it was kept in the dowery chest, in a very good shape.
