Autentico tappeto rumeno antico, molto raro, realizzato all'inizio del XX secolo.
Di grandi dimensioni, fatto a mano in lana su sfondo nero con un maestoso pavone e un bellissimo disegno floreale. È un ritrovamento molto raro, molto antico ma in discrete condizioni considerando l'età, con pochi segni, i più evidenti sono stati riparati, ma questi segni del tempo gli conferiscono ancora più fascino e bellezza.

Questo tappeto è stato trovato in Moldavia, Romania orientale. Veniva utilizzato per decorare le pareti, come era tradizione all'epoca. Può essere utilizzato per lo stesso scopo o come tappeto per coprire il pavimento.
È un vero tesoro, molto antico e bellissimo, per chi ama e apprezza l'antiquariato.

The rug is full of flowers : daffodils, tulips, roses, ears of wheat. The more you look the more you see.The carriage was easy , after all it came a long way. The owner was very helpful and kept me informed.
This rug is very special. Probably 60s it’s wool and made in narrow strips. It’s faded over the years ..but still bright. Anyone who loves colour should consider looking towards Eastern Europe, where you can find something different.
